REMEDY MORTGAGE provides capital to ivestors looking to purchase and rehab investment properties (1-4 family homes and condo units).  This program is targeted at 1-4 family homes and condo units where the renovation budget is typically <50% of the purchase price.  Prior borrower experience in similar projects is required.  Remedy is a reliable capital partner for real estate investors, offering quick turnaround times and preferred financing terms for repeat borrowers with an active pipeline of transactions.

Non Owner Occupied  Properties

•Condominiums: warrantable and non-warrantable (with reduced leverage)

LINE OF CREDIT APPROVAL

Borrower will provide current liquidity statements from their financial institutions.  Remedy will approve a credit line backed by the investment property purchase and construction up to 5x the amount of liquidity shown
